Crew Management
Crew are the single largest influence on how a vessel performs, and the largest source of avoidable risk. Our crew management service covers the full cycle — sourcing, screening, training, deployment, payroll and appraisal — so the owner deals with one accountable team rather than a chain of agents.
Every candidate is interviewed by a senior officer of the same department. Certificates are verified at source, medicals are arranged before contract signing, and joining instructions are issued in writing before the seafarer leaves home.
